The Council launched the export statistics for the first eight months of this year. Exports to the EU increased 12%, reaching 312 million USD compared to 280 million us dollars of the first eight months last year.
Exports to Arab countries have increased 44% to 53 million dollars while exports to African countries has increased 36% reached 201 million.
August exports totaled 132 million 8% higher compared with 122 million dollars of the same period a year ago.
